In-Comm have added another skill set to their ever expanding range of industry based courses. With an eye on market trends and industry needs, In-Comm now have a dedicated team to provide training in Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electro Controls to Fluid Power & PLC's.
Since the programmes inception February, over 45 learners from over 16 Companies throughout the Black Country have taken up the course. The courses have mainly been taken up by skilled engineers wanting to up-skill, however we have also taught apprentices on the equipment enhancing their learning journey. The Skills Factory are offering this programme through their scheme as they appreciate the need for these skills to ensure successful growth with the manufacturing sector.
One of our recent customers from UTC Aerospace Systems (through the Skills Factory) gave us feedback on the Hydraulics and Pneumatics courses. In-Comm were able to adapt the course to our needs. This proved extremely useful, and was used to great effect by Greg Tyson the instructor at In-Comm who focused on areas where we needed to spend longer and move quickly through areas that we had experience on. He also gave attention to the learners needs while making sure his inexperience did not stand out. He is an outstanding instructor.
